I am Professional Accredited Master Home Stager, ASPM.

I have received the highest level of training in the profession of preparing properties for sale and to live in. I am member of IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) and have personally staged properties for my clients Internationally including England, Greece, Spain, Australia, Caribbean and USA.

With a strong background in Real Estate from over a decade in Central London, I learnt to challenge and work with my clients to get my clients to make the necessary changes to prepare their properties for sale.

I understand that the Staging a Home is key to selling your home for the best price in the quickest time.

Staging is part of the Real Estate Industry – not the decorating industry, and in the current market you can’t afford not to Stage!

From providing a checklist for the do-it-yourselfer to a total turnkey project, I can use your existing furnishings or some additional items. I can stage vacant rooms or entire homes.

Home staging is the art of selling a home faster by transforming a home to make it more appealing to the right buyer by making a home memorable. Proper home staging accentuates the positives of a home and sets inviting scenes throughout a home that attract the targeted buyers for that demographic area.

I emphasize a home’s focal points and create inviting scenes throughout a home that appeals to buyers. I do this by looking at a home and assessing the best features and focusing the staging around those features. I can do this for you or we can work together as a team.

Just like you would dress yourself for an interview for your dream job, its about dressing your home for the right buyer.

How Can I Help?

Every home is unique and therefore welcome the opportunity to meet with you for an initial introduction to briefly discus the variety of home staging options available, so that you can decide what meets your needs. Remember buying a home is an emotional experience, I’ve been there.

Initial Walk and Talk Consultation

Initially this is our opportunity to walk with you through your home to look at things that need to be changed, edited, moved, or rearranged to improve each room’s overall appearance.

Our initial consultation is up to one and a half hours depending on size of the property and will provide you with all the information you need to make your home market ready.

I will provide suggestions on creating a focal point and bringing out the best features of each room as well as suggest any home improvements or upgrades needed.

I’ll make notes, provide a copy and you can either complete the work on your own, or I can assist you in staging your home for an additional fee.

I can do as little or as much as you like.

Creating the First Impression: Curb Appeal

The same way a potential employer will look you up and down when you walk into an interview, buyers do the same with your home, but they will do it from outside, often before they have even got out of their cars….This is number one importance on the list before putting your property on the market!

A property has to capture a prospective buyer’s attention so they are enticed to enter the home. If your home does not have a welcoming and peaceful feeling when you pull up in front of the house then we need to work together to enhance your homes ‘curb appeal’ please contact us if you would like our advice.

Occupied Home Staging

I will arrange time to visit and conduct a walk-through of your home to assess what needs to be done. I will then work with your furniture and accessories (you would be surprised on what you have in your home that I can use) and rearrange to emphasize your home’s best features and focal points for selling.

If I think its required or would be of benefit, then I can also bring in some of own accessories to help so your home will be dressed to sell. If I have to use our accessories to stage your property then a monthly rental fee will apply. Cost for this service is based on types and number of rooms to be staged.

Staging Vacant Properties

I forget that when I look for a home out we envisioned ourselves living there because it was warm and welcoming with the furniture and accessories. We do not live in vacant homes, therefore, it’s hard for a buyer to imagine himself or herself living in your vacant house.

I can stage your home with furniture and accessories from my personal inventory to make your home more visually attractive.

Almost 90% of home buyers cannot visualize how their furniture will fit in an empty room. By staging a visually pleasing space home buyers can conceptualize how their furniture and accessories will work in a room.

Statistics show 9 out of 10 potential buyers can’t visualize a vacant house furnished and accessorized, therefore, they can’t envision themselves living there, and they will move on, not in.
